In-Building Worship

We are planning for a return to in-building worship on November 28th, the first Sunday of Advent.

We are very excited at the prospect of gathering again with you in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings and also, now that we have the technology, to include all of those who are not able or not yet ready to return to in-building worship.

We are offering two services every Sunday morning:

  • 9:15 AM
  • 11:00 AM

We are currently limiting in-building worship attendance at 75 people per service to better allow for physical distancing.

Worship attendees will be required to wear a mask at all times within the church building.

Everyone will be required to register for in-building worship each week to ensure that we don't go over our attendance limit. You may register using the methods:

  • Drop by the church office during regular office hours
  • Send an email to
  • Call the church office at (306) 373-1753

All registrations must be received by 12:00 PM on the Friday prior to the Sunday service.

You will be required to show proof of vaccination at the time of registration or prior to worship on Sunday morning.

To keep the worship experience seamless, we would prefer if proof of vaccination was provided by:

  • Visiting the church office during regular office hours
  • Email (emailed vaccination records will be deleted upon confirmation)

We will never keep copies of your proof of vaccination in our files for privacy reasons. You will only need to show proof of vaccination the very first time you register for worship.

Accepted types of proof of vaccination:

  • QR code on a mobile screen
  • QR code printed
  • Vaccine certificate
  • Wallet cards received at time of immunization
  • Proof issued by another province, territory, or government may also be considered

See images of accepted types of proof of vaccination.

It is important that your name and the names and dates of your vaccines be visible on your proof of vaccination.

Individuals who do not have proof of vaccination have the option of providing proof of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test result dated no more than 72 hours prior to the start of worship (Thursday at 12:00 PM). Self-administered take-home rapid antigen tests (e.g. pictures of negative tests) will not be accepted as valid proof of negative COVID-19 test results.

For those who are not able or not yet ready to return to in-building worship, we will still be offering an online worship experience. Worship will be live-streamed on YouTube at the 9:15 AM service. If you are unable to join us live, a recording will be available to view at any time after the service has concluded.
